Progress Home Physiotherapy specialises in offering comprehensive physiotherapy services in the comfort of your own home, residential care, or nursing home. We are dedicated to helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall mobility and wellness. With a client-centred approach, we aim to deliver personalised and effective care to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether that's getting back to your hobbies, maintaining your independence or simply feeling stronger and more confident.

We are able to provide rehabilitation for conditions such as:

  • Post Orthopaedic Surgery - Hip Replacements, Knee Replacements, Shoulder Replacements, Surgery for Fractures

  • Post Fracture Rehabilitation

  • Musculoskeletal Conditions- Aches and Pains, Arthritis, Soft Tissue Injuries

Meet Our Team

Matt Dennies is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2017 with 1st Class Honours. Since then he has spent his time in a variety of senior NHS physiotherapy roles across the region, developing a breadth of skills and knowledge in both hospital and community settings. He is able to manage a broad range of conditions and injuries, specialising in Trauma and Orthopaedics and conditions relating to Older People.

He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Association of Trauma and Orthopaedic Physiotherapists, British Orthopaedic Association and Fragility Fracture Network. He regularly attends conferences and training events to ensure that his care is evidence based and provides the best results for his patients.

Dan Thomas BSc(Hons) MCSP
Physiotherapist

Dan is a senior NHS physiotherapist who specialises in stroke rehabilitation. He has experience working in various NHS and private practice roles, developing his clinical expertise in musculoskeletal, respiratory, and neurological physiotherapy. Dan has a particular interest in persistent pain presentations, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopaedics.

 

He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy (BSc), is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
